Im having an issue with my denali, for some reason the driver side running lights keep going out. I replaced the fuse and it instantly blows. I removed the driver side LED tail light and the fuse lasted about a minute but then it popped again.. Im not sure if its related to the tail lights or not. Ive had them in for about a year now with no problems. Its only the driver side front and rear running light. The headlight, turn signal, brake light and reverse lights work just fine..

Any info will help..

Thanks Craig

There is a short somewhere in the drivers side running light wiring. Most likely, one of the drivers side running light wire melted somewhere and that is what is causing your issue.

Thanks for your help. I have not even taken anymore pics yet because it was in gmc for a week with a electrical problem that they never found. They tighten the battery cable and said its ok now. I just got it back yesterday and notice the running light issue now. I have the Gen 3 LED tails in it so i was wondering if the driver side resistor box went bad..

Yeah I was gonna mention that, it could easily be a problem with the tails. Try plugging in your stock ones and see what happens.

Whoa! Why'd you get a new set of tails? Should just be able to add new 6-ohm resistors for $8.
