I am trying to run wire up to rear view mirror from stereo for my bluetooth mic. Could not find anything on how to remove trim at A pillar. Anyone have some suggestions or ideas? 2004 tahoe z71.

Thanks.

You just pull lol. Start at the top, and work your way down. Sit in the drivers seat and pull directly towards you.

Thanks. Then, you can just slip the wire behind the headliner?

Yes. If you want to run it differently, use a torx to remove the visor. Then you can drop the headliner down more.

I should have ran mine there but I was afraid of breaking the pillar. I ended up running mine below the gauge cluster next to the odometer reset button.

Why don't you just grab the wiring at the OnStar unit behind the glove box? I'd think it'd be a hell of a lot easier....
