I ripped out the stupid 1.5 DIN stereo and installed a 7" Galaxy Tab and modified my center console to accept a JVC Media Head Unit. The white wire is for my iPhone. This is the best car computer arrangement currently available! I connect to the internet through the iPhone and can bring up live radar to see storms coming, all of my navigation is now through this unit, awesome music player with Pandora, watch Netflix movies, and tons of other cool stuff (I can even run the police scanner app).
I only had to file down the top part of the opening a little so that I could see the entire screen. I stuffed a piece of foam rubber in behind the TAB, which is what holds it in place very firmly. I removed the bezel pin that is just above where the TAB is located so that if I want to remove the TAB from the vehicle (I rarely do this), i simply pop out that part of the bezel and unplug the cords to the TAB.

BTW, I used a GMOS 1 harness to plug the JVC in. The JVC provides bluetooth connection for hands-free with iPhone. I do use the Samsung TAB for Skyping, which is awesome...video chatting while driving down the road! I get audio from the TAB to the JVC through either bluetooth or 3.5mm stereo aux in.
