Anyone have an old scissor jack laying around they want to sell. I broke mine a few weeks ago and need to get another one. Thanks.

Cool. I'm going to check it out. Maybe I can get it to fit in the stock location of my '98 2 door. Thanks.

If youre looking for a stock one, I have you can have. Not sure if its in original condition, the handle needs to be bolted together or something. I can take a picture if you like.

Scissor jacks may suck but, they will get you out of a bind. They will also stow away without taking up any space in your cargo area.
Can your nascar grade jack do that ;) ?

What's wrong with a scissor jack? They work perfectly for what they are designed to do.

Good luck finding a factory jack. The ones I see are overpriced and all the junkyards take them out of all the cars.

The factory jacks suck, IMO. They might work if you need to put the spare tire on, but that's about it. If it was me, I'd just invest in a good jack and keep it at home. If needed, I bet you could find someone to give you a hand and pick it up if needed.

I personally like my craftsman 3ton jack. Works great for what I use it for.

I could go around with the nascar jack but the ***** is so heavy lol. I normally carry a small but good jack. And yes the nascar jack saved my ass when the silvi broke the lug studs and i needed to get it home. Had my pa go get the hoe and bring the jack and yea i love it
