seat memory button does not work

have an 06 Tahoe LT that I just got back from the dealer....my memory buttons on the drivers door use to work adjusting the seat or setting a new seat location to memory. the top oval button would let the seats memory open until you hit one of the seat position buttons to set the memory for the seat. after getting the truck back the memory buttons don't work, the seat just moves wherever it wants and if i try to set a new memory it will not allow me to. any suggestions?

if you just got it back from the dealer i would take it back. but unless they did work on or around that its gonna be a hard sell. unless they did a vehicle check list prior to starting and you signed it?

what was the truck at the dealer for? maybe it just needs to be reset? make sure your truck is in park, wont work if its in motion or thinks it is
