He interior of my Yukon is nearly perfect for the exception of these two spots. The arm rest isn't a big deal as I rarely use it anyways. But the seat needs some attention SOON.
Need advice to direction to go with on this.
Google some auto upholstery places in your area and get some quotes. They can take the cover off and replace only the worn sections or the whole thing if you want. And usually then can match it very well. I would also recommend replacing the driver's side bottom cushion.
You can check Ebay for leather repair kits. They come in different colors.
I used one for my drivers seat that had a 2"x1" piece of the leather actually missing due to the typical wear on these seats.
It stays flexible when dry, and filled it in nice so that most people wouldn't even know.
You can buy new leather on eBay for just the seat cushion for cheap. I think I seen them for $75. Then yank the seat and have an upholstery shop knock it out for a few bucks.
