I have a 2001 Tahoe and can not get the secondary air monitor to set. I've replaced both check valves the diverter valve all vacuum hoses and the tested the air pump itself. I've completed entire driving cycles and go out every morning to start and let idle for 2.5-3 minutes with the ac and rear defroster on. I have no codes. I reset them and completed more driving cycles. Have over 1000 miles since resetting. I live in California and need all monitors ready to pass smog. Anyone have this problem or know a solution. Smog shop said take it to the referee the referee said take it to the dealer and I'm not going to take it there.
