Seriously WTF Spindle Issue Still

This is blowing my mind I haven’t even got to drive the hoe since I put the spindles on. It’s like the tires want to go random directions even at idle. Tomorrow I’m going to take everything apart and I guess redo it hoping that may address the issue. So I seriously haven’t fixed my issue even after ordering 2 inch wheel spacers! This is getting to the point where I’m seriously thinking about ordering a lowering kit. Anyone got any thing they can think of I should check?

I would adjust the torsion bars so that the bumpers are just touching the lower control arm. Then adjust side to side height so that frame is level. Then check and adjust camber, castor and toe-in to spec.

1. the “keys” as they are called, the 2 lugs that lock up the torsion bars 1/2 way to back of the truck - make sure that 1 bolt on each is torqued up properly per raised height of the front suspension

double check to make sure that your 4 upper control arm bolts are torqued up and then also the lower CA bolts too, if those were loosened at any point.

besides those obvious fasteners i would look for faulty or worn-out

1. front wheel hubs
2. lower and/ or upper ball joints

if you raise and support front of the truck with wheels off the ground, the problem should be noticeable as you grab the front tire at 12:00 and 6:00 o’clock and wiggle back and forth from top to bottom. if that doesn’t work place a pry bar and fulcrum lever between the lower tire and ground then press, instigating for movement that way

that’s just off the top of my head and i’m sure others can contribute multiple remaining variables that will allow for axial or lateral movements of the front tire. the hubs are junk or certain fasteners remain to be torqued. even a really bad component in the steering linkage if wheel movement is side-to-side aka front-to-back vs up&down aka top2bottom with diagnosing ball joints
