Service park assist message

I got the message after bumping into something the other day. Hit exactly on hitch cover and message popped up. The light on switch to disable the system will not go out. Probably need to check connections behind bumper cover? No damage to bumper or sensors anywhere. Any suggestions?

check connections and make sure the sensors are still properly in their holes.
