shock replacments?

hey guys. I was looking at my shocks the other day while the truck was on the lift and they look pretty old. i was wondering if you guys had any good suggestions for me. i have a 2000 tahoe limited edition. since the truck has the OBS i thought i would ask here.

Bilstein is a good choice. I have been useing them for years and for a good price it is a good shock

thx bro:head3:. would you happen to have any paticular model in mind? i see 4" lift 1" lift and im not sure what that actually means. i know my truck is 2" lowered from the factory. Not sure of that makes a differnce or not in what type of shocks i should get...:sorrysign: for my newb factor.

Its stock from what i saw...not sure if i have relocaters or not. if they didnt come with the truck, im sure the local PD who owned it b4 me didnt put them in. If i dont have the relocaters will i have to buy some for the new shocks?

it has bilstein shocks on it now...(original ones im sure) they are 46mm blah blah blah...i just cant find if it is the 1" lift or the 4" lift and i dont see a part number....and to be honest....i dont even know WTF 1" lift or 4" lift means...( I assume it is how stiff the shocks are).. :)
