side mirrors not working

Anyone know what the fix is , my power mirrors don't move. I can hear the motor in the drivers mirror working, but the mirror does not move.

actuator replacement, about $117 at a dealer for each side of vehicle but that should get you the whole thing except paint. body, actuator, and glass.

no way of getting to the actuator?

not that i am aware of you would have to tear down the mirror and perhaps break the glass in the process. beside do not know it to be available as a separate part.
