Does anyone know if the siriusXM Onyx Plus receives traffic in the Vancouver BC area under the Canadian plan? If not, would it receive it if I got the US plan?
The Canadian plans show no traffic channels in their channel lineup at all, and the website is very unclear as to what units support any kind of traffic. I'm pretty sure if I upgraded my head unit to a NAV unit, I could do it, but I'm not willing to go that far. I want to stay with the stock head unit.The US plans do show some traffic channels, but they don't include my area.
I'm assuming that I'd have to subscribe to a traffic plan. Would the traffic plan work on the Onyx Plus? Or would the traffic plan only work on NAV units?
