Of course i want to do my bumpers and side mirrors and possibly handles but dont know exactly which way to go on those..i would also like some nice tail lights but dont know which ones would look good not cheap iv been looking on ebay but its hard to actually know what they would look like...

If this is your first time doing things yourself becareful, you dont wanna mess it up and have to re=do it or spend more money replacing it. I recommend either saving it, or partnering up with someone with experience who can help you out. Trust me i tried the do it yourself jobs trying to save money and i ended up spending more money.

I have a buddy that does body work. I have watched him spray and mix paint many times. I still don't trust myself to do it even though he will let me. I think you may be better off paying someone to do your spray work. Those parts look good, I would find a headlight/parklight combo that might be cheaper. That is what I did.

I have recently gotten into sraying things myself. It's a tricky game! The supplies alone will not be cheap, then you have to worry about wasting money on your screw up (which WILL happen). The only benefit is that once you're comfortable, you're in there. Just take it slow!! I've sprayed a lot of small things and they came out great, but I tried to paint my girls Accord last weekend and it looks like shit......so I wasted around $300 on that, plus I have to pay to get it fixed!

Bottom line: if you're going to DIY, TAKE YOUR TIME, START SMALL!!!!
