I went to change my fuel filter the other day to see if it will cure any of the issues I'm having and the next day it wouldn't start It kept cranking and cranking and no hint of it getting fuel just the motor turning. Pressed on the shrader valve and only a drop of fuel came out. So then I grabbed a spare fuel relay swapped it out and it started up. Shut it off and restarted it.
So then I took the old relay and put it back in to confirm that was the problem and again it wouldn't start. So I put my spare relay back in and it wouldn't start again Then I cranked it again and it started. That was yesterday and I drove it all over without issue since until today it felt like it wanted to stall for a second then recovered and no problem.
So odd I have this issue after changing the fuel filter. I confirmed no leaks while it was running.
Could I have just had an air pocket causing an issue? One other thought was I primed the pump like 6-7 times after putting the filter on but I don't think I waited long enough between turning the key on and off. I think I waited a couple seconds between on/off.
I have no clue. Getting sick of these issues. Now the torque app doesn't communicate with the ECU....
