UPDATE with pictures.

If things go smoothly tomorrow i will the owner of 1999 yukon slt dark green on silver with just over 180k on it for around 2 grand. Ya its alot of miles but my 88' merc 420sel has 260k so im not scared of the mileage. Interior and exterior are a little dirty but i shouldn't have an issue cleaning it all right up. I have spent most of my time fixing up old Mercedes via input and guidance of internet forums like benzworld.org so i m hoping this site will be a good resource as well. Pictures to come tomorrow hopefully!

Update!

Well its been awhile but here are some pics
The truck as 187K, runs shifts and idles like a champ with no 4wd issues. Almost no rust or body rot though the brakes could use a little more stopping power. Also the Abs light is always on but I believe that is because it came with a trailer break controller.

what size tires are those in the pics?

It never hurts to do the "Big 3" mod. Do a search on here for Big 3 and you should find a lot of posts. It relates to the Grounds to the frame, body and battery.
