Spark plug wires, which ones?

i wouldn't run msd products on anything. had nothing but problems with thier parts ive used in the past and they just fought me on thier refund/replacement until i gave up. ive had nothing but luck with taylor products so ive stuck with those. accel offered a real nice spark plug wire for header applications but i cant find those anymore. either way acdelco or taylor for me

Alright, and I believe @Rocket Man swears by his MSD wires, at least he was in a topic in 2017. And there some people sad also go OEM with ALDelco, others said don't go with that. But also to find the wire length, is very difficult. The ALDelco are 10 inch. MSD is 12 inch. MSD will be $100 dollar and ALDelco will be 20/30 dollar cheaper, but need some new heatshields. And does the MSD wirekit also need the heatshields?

Alright, I don't think these are the factory wires. But because one has been fixed, and did change sparkplugs, oil, filters, gaskets etc. last year.

25 cm is 10 inch long. Delphi 193?!

Those are the wires that come on them from the factory. It looks like the heat shields are fine. Remove them and slip them onto the new wires. If you can find those exact wires for less than AC Delco, then get them. Here, they're $41 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Delphi-XS10388-Spark-Plug-Wire/dp/B001NYX9KK

There's absolutely NO benefit for you to spend extra money on spark plug wires. If your factory ones lasted so long, then a new set of factory (or factory-equivalent AC Delco) should serve you just as well.

Great information mate, thank you so much. One last question then, will OEM wires, for in the near future when the tune is coming and some bold on stuff, also be enough? Not that i'm trowing a supercharger on (or somehow magically I get 10k on my bank account haha).

ya alot of people like msd im just stating my opinion and my experience. ive found alot of aftermarket performance oriented wires tend to be slightly longer than original. you won't really get any benefits from running performance plug wires unless your upgrading the rest of the ignition system. i like taylor as ive never had a bad experience with thier products and they are generally easy to get and thier prices are also generally fairly reasonable. sometimes even being listed at the same price as oem. as your just doing some bolt ons and a tune i think your fine with acdelco unless you want to add some color to the engine bay. plug wires are an easy way to add some color. if you do want to add some color go with reviews and suggestions based off the color you want to add.

That is a good addition to the discussion. And people always have an experience in their own way. Like you like Taylor parts while others only had problems. I try to remember what spark plugs I've, I think it is NGK. And indeed I'm also thinking what to do with the engine bay. Let is as stock as possible, or also have a surprise when you open de hood. When the LPG will be deleted, I will detail the engine bay anyway, so something to consider also.. If I go with a stock look under the hood or have the stock look on the outside and the upgrades obvious under the hood... Will sleep a few nights and make my decision.

As Steven said, the stock wires will serve you quite well. You aren't sacrificing anything nor will you be gaining anything with fancier wires, other than aesthetics. If appearance of the ignition wires is worth the extra expense to you, then have at it.

If I recall correctly, @Rocket Man HAD to get aftermarket wires due to his headers, and MSD was the only ones that fit well enough to not burn on the header tubes. Completely irrelevant in your case.
