Sparkplug oil on threads?

Hi I have a 2005 Tahoe Z71 just changed the plugs,the threads of the plugs had a little bit of oil on it.Is this something to concerned about?My other ? is do they make a pcv catch can set up for my truck.Truck is not burning any oil check the dipstick and its always full.Looks like a great site glad I found it.
