Is the woofers popping? Or the speakers? If it's the woofers then it's the amp.. I had same problem with a powerbass amp I just had... Swapped it out with another amp and pop noise was gone.

Sounds like you have a wire touching somewhere. If a speaker wire got rubbed or cut and is touching metal it will cause popping

dido on that, wires touching with a bad connection somewhere from head unit to one of speakers or around your subs and amp. Also check all your grounds. Even though your amp is on a separate ground it could still send power back to other speakers via RCAs through head unit and then to door speaker. Some head units have a separate ground as well too.

If you don't have an aftermarket head unit and you used the RCAs splitter connecting to the door speakers that box could be bad too, especially if you used a cheaper brand or just a bad apple. Not sure on what set up you have but check that box and connections if you have that installed.

If you can try a different amp... I have tons of audio in my truck and I had a powerbass amp on my doors and speakers would pop just like yours.. Swapped amps to a lanzar opti 500x2 and the pop is gone... If you checked everything it's most likely the amp itself.
