Spec sheet seems off?

I just got a spec sheet from a dealer for a new 4x4 Tahoe LT with the luxury, entertainment, and max trailering packages. MSRP on the sheet is $60,105. However, when I build the same truck, MSRP is $61,295. Am I missing something? This dealer has been less than upfront, so everything makes me wonder if he's trying to pull something. Any help would be appreciated!

Check and make sure freight costs were added.

Yeah. Usually about 1k for destination charges

That appears to be it. Also, if it's an interim 2015 that code would be listed on the spec sheet as well, right?
