speedometer inop

Hi guys first time post! hopefully you guys can help me with this one. 05 tahoe speedometer is stuck all the way to the right. So I know there's an issue with the stepper motors so I went ahead and replaced the speedometer motor and figured while I was there replace all of em. Pretty straightforward process. All gauges working fine then I started driving and I noticed the speed increasing but wouldn't go up. Again stuck all the way to the right at this point I'm doing 120mph all the time. Solder point are pretty good is there a relearn? Or maybe the trans speed sensor? Thanks guys

Are you sure you got the needle back in its correct location ?

yeah pretty sure i marked em all using masking tape/marker as a reference point before i removed the needles im at a bit of a loss on this one

possible the new stepper is bad too? i'd try one of the old ones that were still working before you replaced it or some other known good unit. did the speedometer work before?
