starting this thread just to post pics of stuff i do to my ride, as well as ask for help on all the little things i dont know about. First off, I'll tell you about what I have. 2000 Z71 Hoe, Green, with 212k on it. GREAT condition, paint is almost flawless. Coming from a 93 ford explorer, also have a 65 stang that has been in the family since the mid 70s. I am very mechanical, and have no problems getting my hands dirty! Thanks to all of those who lend a helping word of advice in the future of this thread. lol.

First off, today I started to play with my ac. (i also have the rear ac). no cold air at all, from front or back. tried to refill my system with some freon, and had to jump my compressor to get it to engage, however, the system wouldnt take the freon.(ues i had the ac on and full speed) And my compressor wont click on without being jumped from the battery to the compressor. what can I start doing to figure out whats wrong? dont really want to take it to a shop and get bent over.
