Spring road trip...a few Alaska pics

Went for a cruise yesterday. Things are still thawing out here in the north, but looking much better. Got a few pictures just screwing around, and thought I'd share.

I just like the way this one came out. Hard to believe almost everything covered in snow will be green in two or three weeks:

It looks beautiful, but I can't handle anymore cold. I am in the MidWest and complaining about the low 50's. Too many broken bones, screws, scare tissue in this not so old body.
Thanks for the pics though, it lets me get out and see things North!

I totally understand wanting out of the cold. I'm from Wisconsin originally, and winter's there are statistically worse and colder than here where I'm at.

But, come in late May-August and see it in it's summer glory...the only reason I put up with it the rest of the year!

I've only been up there in the mid summer as well and it's awesome!! I wouldn't be able to handle the winters but the summer rock!!

Definitely glad we don't have snow on the ground anymore but nice pics, man! I do hope to vacation there some day.....in the summer

VERY NICE MAN!!! I have done a few 7500 mile road trips criss crossing the US and Canada. I always end up in Banff, Canada and then head a bit north until I run out of $. This year I will make it into Alaska!
