Starting after inserting key

when I insert my key my Yukon starts to clicking like it’s trying to start and when I switch the key to “ON” not all the way over to “start” the truck starts. Recently I posted on here I had some issues with my bcm. I unhooked my negative cable and did some work on my intake. When I had everything back together it wouldn’t start. Found out the bcm was bad and found a used one and had it programmed. Everything now works as it should except my remote start and now this. When I first tested it it didn’t do this. But I haven’t test drove it much but maybe twice in the last week. I’ve moved my relays around to see if one was stuck but it still does it. I did pull the relay box in the engine bay up a little chasing a bad ground from when it didn’t start before but I think I’ve set it in place correctly. Could the used bcm be glitchy?
