static noise through the rear speaker

i have an 04 tahoe w/ the factor bose system and the rear passenger speak is making noise...you can hear it over music and when you turn the car off..it still makes noise! its not the speaker i tried a different one but when i unplug it from the amp is the only time it stops...it doesnt do it all the time but it does it alot..leave it over night it will still be doing it!! any ideas?!?
