Steel roll pan HELP!!

I ordered a steel roll pan bumper for my 04 Tahoe. The bumper doesn't seem to fit on top or on bottom. I called and asked about it and they said it was normal. Main probkem is the top lip doesnt curve inward like its supposed to. Any one else have any issues? I'll post pictures below Thanks!!

was the pan designed for a tahoe? 99% of the steel pans are for silverado sierra and dont fit the tahoe. My fiberglass pan is molded to fill those gaps.
