Steerinf noise at full lock

Noticed I get a noise coming out the driveway at slow speeds but only at full lock. Power steering pump probably? No vibrations felt through the steering wheel or anything just the sound. Not a squeal but maybe a hummm. Fluid looks full and clean. Maybe flushing the fluid will help? At first I thought my stock 22s were rubbing but no rub signs on the liners. It's a 2011 escalade with 38k miles I bought a little over a month ago. What can be done to get rid of the sound and is it hurting anything?

Boy do I feel dumb lol. Question answered on the caddy forum and apparently the noise is perfectly normal at full lock.
