Well all the lights on my steering wheel buttons are burnt out except for one. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to replace them and what size of bulbs i need? Or if it requires soldering lights in? anything would help thanks!

I haven't had to replace them on the Tahoe, but I did on our 2005 Equinox. Everyone and every place that I asked said that you had to replace the assembly, but I ended up disassembling and found that T3 LEDs fit perfectly.
Hopefully someone else can chime in and give a more definitive Tahoe-related answer. Otherwise, you may have to disassemble to find out.
