I just replaced the brake booster on my 96 Tahoe 4D Monday night. Wednesday morning, on my way to work, I noticed whenever I pressed ******* the brakes, it made a whistling sound. The brakes also didn't let up after letting go of the pedal. It took a few seconds for them to finally let go. The sound the pedal made was between a whistle and a squeegee on a window. Any suggestions?

Dont forget to adjust your rear drums. I know they are supposed to be self adjust but my 98 3/4 ton needed to be adjusted at least twice a year.
