How bout tunerpro or pcmhammer and do it yourself? Totally custom
Diablo inTune i3. The Platinum model can be loaded with custom tunes (like from DiabLew).

This is the route I chose. Works great
It would depend on how easy to learn for me.

Never mind, not sure how i ended up in the 2015 and up section... dont think those cover the newer computers. My fault.
