New member here with a 2007 Tahoe and NO owners manual to the stock NAV head unit.Is this a single CD player?? Sorry to sound lame with this question, but I did not get the seperate owners manual for the NAV head unit with the just bought 2007 Tahoe, and the main owners manual does not cover Tahoes with the NAV system. It's the NAV with Bose/no DVD player. It's my wife's rig, and she said it looks like it's a single CD player. We have had three Dodges with stock NAV. They were 6-CD changers in dash. Are we overlooking something? Anyone have a extra 2007 stock NAV owners manual they want to sell? Thanks for all info..... James in WV USA.

It is a single-disc player. Only Escalades come with a 6-disc changer Nav. And here is a download link to the Nav manual. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2ENIMBOR

Thanks! Why does the 2007 Tahoe brochure brag about the "6 disc CD changer all over the brochre, then give you a top of the line NAV system with a single CD???????? What a rip off. It does not say ANYWHERE in the 2007 Tahoe brochure that if you get one with the NAV you only get a single CD player..... then to offer it on the GMC and Cadi.... not right.

do not mean to hyjack this thread, but just wanted to say thanks for the link on downloading a nav manual. Been going round and round with dealer on getting everything after purchasing a used 08 tahoe. Got most everything finally, but noticed the still forgot the nav manual. I'll just print it off and save another call to the dealer. THanks again.

The GMCs NAVs are singles as well... But really who uses CDs anymore? Ipods/USB sticks store so much more.

To this end. They should come with an ipod / media hookup besides the simple 3.5 mm headphone jack...

The BMW I got rid of for the denali (very happy with the switch in most ways), allowed you to control every function of the ipod, or search through and play a usb stick full of movies/music. Also, the harmon kardon system kicked the s**t out of this bose system.
