Stock power

I am slowly piecing together a modest, updated system for my 06. Right now I have the Kicker DS65.2 for the front doors. Is the power coming out of my stock, base level, no tape player head unit enough to get good sound out of these speakers or will I need to look into an amp?

They'll sound fine but u won't get their full potential. I'd suggest to get an amp money permitting if ur like me Ive been watch every penny lately .. Kickers love to be pushed I had an 12"l7 and man I beat on it n never had an issue. But I needed money so I sold it. Then kicked myself for it couple yrs later so I just got a12" infinity sub. N I have my kicker 6x9. 3 ways as my center speaker for my house surround system haha
