Sunroof working intermittently. Bad switch?

Hey folks. The sunroof in my 2015 LTZ randomly stops working. Seems like every time I start her up there is a 50/50 shot the sunroof will work or be completely dead. When it works, it works fine. No odd noises or anything. When it’s not working, I can here a faint “click” sound when I push the button (both slide and tilt) but nothing happens. Any idea on what it might be? Figured a failed motor and switch would either work or not work. Not sure if it could be a loose ground, harness, etc.

First thought is to replace the switch since it’s a cheap $30 part that should be easy to swap but not sure if that is a total waste of time based on the symptoms.

Any ideas? Thank you!!
