Supension air bag help

How can I tell if my 05 yukon air bag suspension is not working? I loaded up my trailer w my atvs the other day and it looked like the bags did not inflate.

Jack up the rear and see if the shocks have holes in them, hear if the compressor turns on and maybe check the fuses?? Good luck with it.

I just replaced my rear shocks with the Arnott/Bilstein AS-2700.

Shockwarehouse.com has them for $183 each. Lifetime warranty.

If you need the compressor its another $220. Get the complete Dorman compressor replacement. It comes as a complete unit with dehydrator and a lifetime warranty. If you get the Arnott compressor ($180) you need to splice wires and rebuild your old dehydrator.


I wanted to stay with the air shocks becasuse I tow a jeep regularly and love the auto leveling I get with the autoride system.

My old shocks were 11 years old and the bags had dry rot and were leaking. I did catch it early so my compressor did not get burn up.
