Suspension problem

My 99 Denali has a rattling that seems like its coming from under the driver side floor. It only rattles when hitting bumps. I Can feel it more in the floor than I can here any noise. Is it possible it's the torsion bars?

broken torsion bar support link. looks like a twisted dog bone. on the back t-bars in cross-member. $30 part from dealer.
