Swapping front ends?

So i met a guy who wants to swap my 08 yukon front end for his 2013 sierra hd front end..my question is what should i do about all the headlight and fog light harness? We are doing an even swap and my budget is $1500..since im not paying for color matching cuz his sierra is black, i have the $1500 for any added expenses..i dont want to cut any wires so do u think its possible to also swap harnesess? Heres a pic of the conversion a guy did near my home.

I think you'll have to cut the harness. wires won't be long enough and different sockets. What did he do? Can y'all not just swap that as well?

BTW, that conversion looks horrible without the rear fenders matching the front. I absolutely love the conversion itself (and would like to do it), but in order to properly pull it off, you need the fenders to match. You can see how much of a difference it is, especially in that second pic.

Just my opinion...

Ill have to talk to him about what he did exactly..i was really trying to avoid any cutting.. As for the fenders i dont really mind the difference..plus u cant do anything about it cuz the shape of the bumper is shaped to that fender. I thought about adding the z71 flares on the rear but they wouldnt match..ive had some swap offers from some guys with silverados but i hate that front end.
