So I was riding in the back seat of our stock 09 Tahoe Z71 and noticed that the rear of the truck really sways from side to side with just the small amounts steering wheel input. Anyone else ever experience this? I tried increasing tire pressures to 35psi with no change. Thoughts?? More tire pressure?? Rear Swaybar?? Polyurethane bushings??

SW CT,
I would look at upping the size of the rear swaybar...IMO they are undersized from the factory. DJM, Eibach, Hotchkis, Hellwig all have replacement swaybars, I would get in touch with Tony (Norcal SS) he should be able to set you up with a swaybar.

I have the same thing on my 07 2wd with a 6" Procomp lift. It eventually broke my track bar mount. I had to have the bracket rebuilt. Now that it is fixed I still have some sway. I'm looking into an upgrade for the sway bar next.
