Yes, I have used it. It's a very thick paint like coating. It does a good job of going over old treated wood and giving it a new look. It's kind a picky, so bare feet could be a problem. If I did it again i would probably not use as thick of a roller as they recommend and try to smooth it out a little more. I put it on a friends deck last year, and it lasted all through the michigan winter just fine. Overall, if you aren't going to replace your deck and want to get a few more years out of it, I think it's a good product.
