Check out this photo I recently got via an email, according to the text that came with it Chevy will be re-introducing the 2 door Tahoe for 2013.

Anybody heard anything about it? Called the local dealer, they said a number of new vehicles are coming out next year but that was about it. Looks really cool!

it sure does... the market for the 2-door is very small. Chevy is making a lot of smart moves right now as far as their vehicles and the markets they are trying to secure, this would probably not be a good move for them.

wrench heads, chopers, and cutom truck guys would eat this up... but again, its a small market. Tahoe's are marketed to a much larger demographic because of how versitile they are. Losing the doors puts huge limitations for the average buyer.

Plus I thought the Tahoe is changing styles in 2012. This appears to be the same styling but with only 2 doors.

That is not gonna happen so don't have your hopes up at all.
Second the next generation of Tahoes, Yukons and Escalades is not due to come until atleast mid 2012, and as a matter of fact the Tahoe will be either made on a different frame (much smaller) or be completely discontinued. I assume same goes for the Yukon. The Suburban, Yukon XL and ESV will remain though from what I have heard.
