I guess someone forgot to tell mine. One is 13 years old and going strong and the other is 9 years.

I bought an Arnott one a few years ago, and as side a note they come with a lifetime warranty. Dormans have a 1 year warranty iirc.

It appears the Air Ride Compessor on my 2013 Tahoe is in need of replacement. Replacement prices seem to vary quite abit. I would appreciate a recommendation on a replacement compressor that will last a few years and is a good value price-wise.

Epilogue: I would like to thank everyone who commented on my air ride air compressor post. After reading your comments I decided to replace my failed OEM air ride air compressor with a Dorman after market replacement. My major decision points were:

· The Dorman advertises that it has a cutoff circuit the prevents the unit from overheating so it may prevent the unit from burning up from continuously running to compensate for an air leak in a shock or the air supply system. I think this is what likely did it in the OEM unit as the right rear shock was previously replaced for a leak.

· The price point on the Dorman while not the lowest cost alternative was competitive and rated highly by previous buyers on Amazon.

Again, thank you for your comments.
