Tahoe misfire Problems (Germany)

Hey guys my Name is Nicolai Im form Germany.

First sorry for my bad englisch.

I have a big Problem with my 2000 Tahoe 5.3.

When i Start the cold Engine the Tahoe run perfekt whithout any Problems.
But when I start the hot Engine Cylinder 7 has misfire.

I had change everthing,
spark plugs , ignition wires , ignition coil , the injector , fuel filter

But the Problem is still there.

I hope someone can help my here!

go look at yer exhuast manifolds were they bolt to your heads and see if any exhuast manifold bolt heads are missing?

what part of germany do you live in? i was stationed in grafenwoher and my mother was born in kaiserslaughtern

I live 80 Miles away from Düsseldorf!

I had checkt the bolts at the exhuast manifold. All bolts are there! No one is missing!

is it a constant miss or random?
does the check engine light blink?
