Tahoe New Exterior Color Option -- Slate Grey Metallic

Just noticed on the Chevrolet site there is a new color listed as Slate Grey Metallic. Looks like a Blue/Grey. Any other GM models that have a similar color for comparison sake?

I don't see a similar color option for the GMC Yukon....yet.

GMC appears to have Bronze as an external color now. I might have liked that option - truly tired of people calling it a hearse because it is black on black!

That color is available on the Tahoe too.

Yukon/Tahoe are available in Light Steel Gray Metallic (color code G1C). For Escalade, the color is called Silk Gray Metallic. This color is a $495 option. Before January, it used to be called Slate Gray Metallic on GMC Sierra trucks. Other updates include the ability to order the power running boards individually (without a package). Also, more transmission updates for February build 8-speeds (even tighter clearances) and software updates. The software updates are available for free for current 8-speed owners (Jan 17). Try it, you'll love it!

I'm about to order an additional Denali and was informed of these updates. I'm contemplating ordering the Steel Gray Metallic.

Slate grey is the same color as Jenna's 14 I think. It's similar to mine ink slate metallic 08.

No, mine is a Blue Graphite Metallic. My color does a pretty good chameleon act though!
