Tahoe Running Too Cold?

I was driving down the freeway and noticed my '03 Tahoe's temp gauge was a bit past the 1/4 mark. That would leave it at around 185 degrees F.......
Should it be at the halfway mark at all times at 210F?
I replaced the thermostat and it's still running a bit cold.....
Any ideas?

Mine runs about 195-200 on my temp guage, just left of TDC!!

Ok, I guess cool is better than hot.
Mine is just past the 1/4 mark......not sure if it'll hurt my engine.
