does Your ass Vibrate? is so maybe a rear tire is outta balance? U-joints check them. Maybe a flat spot on one of the rear tires?

tires are basically brand new but also my truck does like this clunk thing sometimes when i stop and i was told that is a symptom of u joints possibly needing to be replaced

I'd definitely take a look at the u-joints. Bad u-joints could cause these symptoms since you said your tires are virtually brand new....

Is it just the rear that shakes or can you feel it in the steering wheel too?

I have heard of new tires being bad ("defective") but it's rare.

This still could be the u-joint issue so I'd get that fixed first since it's pretty cheap and easy to do. If it's still occurring I'd also wonder if it could possibly be a drive shaft slightly out of balance but I'm not sure if it'd cause more several "shaking" than what you're describing.

Pulsating upon braking usually points to warped rotors but that is most likely a separate issue from that of shaking as you move down the road.

I'm with you on the rear bearings. Normally you'll hear noise coming from that area as the vehicle moves if they are going bad.
