On my trip back from FL wife got drops of cold water on her foot. Where is the drain plug located on a 13 suburban? Anybody have pics?

Under the hood, near the AC Drier (elongated silver can against the firewall), under that, on the firewall there will be a drain. That's where the AC will drain out. Turn the vehicle on, and check to see if any water is dripping from that spot. If not, its clogged. you can try to stick something up there and see if there's an obstruction, but sometimes you need to remove the entire assembly from behind the dash, and take it apart to find whats clogging it.

Ive had to do that on a cobalt that had a broken windshield. The glass went down the defroster and ended up clogging the drain. Had to remove the entire dash, unit, break it apart, and clean it out.

Other things could be a bad drain on a sunroof, or a leaking windshield. Have you had your windshield replaced recently?
