Tail light all hazy in one area and other tid bits

So just went to the wash, came home to hand dry and detail all ext plastics and interior and leather, while excess water stains. Yeah black on black is such high maintenance ‍

Noticed the driver side tail light from an angle it looks like scratches but smooth. Something else I’ve noticed is these gaps have gotten a little more noticeable on the rear visor too.

It’s as if a ghost had a crash on my garage!

I did replace 3rd light my self and all went fine and it is a one man job and very easy, and I have checked to make sure it was seated correctly and have tightened after a few months to make sure nothing was loose
