TB options for 08 5.3

Is there a ported/polished offering out there?

Or

Would a TB swap from either a LS3 or LS7 work? I know the LS7 TB is a direct bolt on for a Chevy colored with a factory 5.3 option, but requires a pigtail adapter to work.

My objective is to gain mpgs.......but some extra powah is always a nice option

Unless you are running with boost, a TB swap won't net you much if anything.
