Third brake light wont light

I found out my third brake light was not lighting when i hit the brakes.
Just thought the lights burnt out, so i order a new one, replace the old one with it,
and still no lights. So now i have no idea where to start looking, and am hoping
someone could help me out.

There is a fuse for it. I believe the abbreviation is hstlp. Check it.
