Third Row seat stuck, cannot remove It is folded down

Hey All, I've seen loads of threads on the seat being stuck in upright position but my issue is actually where I can fold the seat up and down like normal but when it's folded down and I attempt to pull it out it is not releasing for me to remove. How can I get this out manually, any known tricks to get these things to release for removal? Need to get this seat out asap.

Push the seat down... yeah the seat that's already down... push it down while pulling the handle up
