Hey all,

I'm new to GMC or American autos for that matter.

What is everyone's Thoughts on the 2017 Yukon?

- style
- engine
- interior
- road feel
- electronics
- dealerships

Anything that comes to mind.

Style - badass
Engine - 6.2 is badass
Interior - not as plush as the 01-06 but it's nice. My mom says my 2002 is like flying in first class and the 2016 is like flying in business class
Road feel - 22 inch wheels and up and you'll feel every bump in the road and the magnetic ride control is garbage.
Electronic - it's pretty high tech, has all the features
Dealerships - Mine was good but had to haggle.

I typically drive Japanese cars, and I'm use to a certain electronics quality, durability, ride comfort, and non plastic looking interior.

So people tell me not to look at GMC for these things I've mentioned. Therefore my curiosity from people that actually drive one.

I got out of German to do a Denali because I couldn't stand the stigma that they had and the maintenance was just silly.

The Denali is a sleeper. Nobody knows it's an $80k ride that does 0-60 in >6 and can have its oil changed for $40.

Fit and finish are solid (on par with wife's merc) and electronics just about there.

Ride is harsh but it's a truck, not a Camry or maxima dressed up with big tires.

Dealership I go to is fine. I'm over needing a hot cocoa machine and free ice cream for the kids. But I can understand why some people like that.

Right. That's kind of what I'm hearing from everyone. It's kind of ok...

My QX80 was less then $80k and that thing is amazing. Great ride, electronics are top of the game, 400hp, 22" rims, tv's and wireless headphones, 360 cameras, fit and finish is tight, very quiet interior, and I've yet to have one issue and oil changes are free for the life of the car ownership.

I looked to the Yukon with high expectations coming from my QX, hence why I'm wanting individuals experience.

Oh it's more than ok but it's absolutely not for everyone.

Its got 420HP, 22's, tv's, wifi, wireless headphones, active noise canceling interior and design that won't be confused with a giant marshmallow.

But at the end of the day it's an American truck.

I may go back to European or *** (had Infiniti before) at some point but I'm liking the Yukon right now.
