Tire Help

My brothers tire will not accept air from the air compressor is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need to take it in for a new valve. Its also has a TPM on it so would that need to be replaced or does it need a new valve.

Might want to try a different chuck... take a key or something and press in on the valve stem and see if it functions as well.
